2. Investigation Outcome: Post investigation, InsurAce’s Advisory Board has concluded that the incident IS a Claimable Risk Event as per our Smart Contract Vulnerability Cover T&C https://files.insurace.io/public/en/cover/SmartContractCover_v4.3_Summary.pdf….
3. Root Cause: Vulnerability found in the Smart Contract due to bug in Vyper codebase versions 0.2.15, 0.2.16, and 0.3.0.
4. Claims Submission: Users with valid proof of loss can submit claims for community voting.
5. Reports: Detailed investigation reports will be made available before voting.
6. Claim Deadline: Claims must be submitted by Sep 5, 2023, 23:59:59 GMT+8 or 15 days after Cover Period ends.
